Yes. Poker Skill has Practice vs AI, where you play full hands against AI opponents. You sit heads-up against Rival or three-handed against Maya and Miles, with Coach Max in your corner explaining the spot.

Every opponent runs on Showdown AI, Poker Skill's poker engine, which comes from the same family of techniques as the AIs that beat professional players, Libratus and Pluribus. It does not follow scripts. It bluffs when the spot calls for it and folds when it does not.

Poker Skill's puzzles grade your answer as an Optimal Move, a Good Move, a Suboptimal Move or an Incorrect Move, with stars on each option and a short explanation of why.

In Practice vs AI, Coach Max advises you during the hand and grades your decisions against Showdown AI's strategy for the spot. After the game, a Decision quality card shows how many of your decisions were graded and the share that were Optimal or Okay.

Every graded betting decision in our lessons was checked against Showdown AI when we wrote them. Rules lessons, like which hand wins, have one right answer and need no engine.

How the lessons take you from the rules to real spots

Poker Skill teaches Texas Hold'em in short lessons. Most take one to three minutes: you work through 4 to 13 quick steps, each focused on a single idea, with instant feedback.

Poker Skill isn't a quiz app. We use real poker hands and a high-level engine to figure out the strongest actions, then turn those spots into bite-size lessons and the Daily Puzzle, with clear, plain-English feedback.

Each lesson you finish gives you XP and an accuracy score, and a puzzle earns up to three stars, all three for the best play. A lesson or a puzzle each day keeps your daily streak going. You can also earn Streak Freezes, and each one covers a day you miss, so a busy day doesn't break your streak.

Choose Poker Skill if you are learning Texas Hold'em from the start or tightening a game you already play, and you want a few minutes of practice a day on your phone with an explanation after each answer. Players who already know the fundamentals and want to study solved spots are better served by GTO Wizard.

Poker Skill's lessons still go well beyond the basics. After hand rankings they take you into preflop ranges by seat, raising limpers, 3-bets, squeezes, c-bet sizing, check-raises and turn barrels, along with the math used to judge whether a play is profitable, like EV and fold equity.
